My 1:1 coaching programme takes a holistic approach to the realisation of your dreams and presents a careful mix of scientific principles and spirituality. It is a step-by-step guide on how to combine the powers of your mind, body and soul to manifest your true desires.
The programme takes you on a journey through my 8-step manifestation process:

Each step consists of:​​

A pre-recorded video class - this is sent to you at the start of each step for you to watch in your own time. In the videos I guide you through the concepts, tools and exercises associated with the step.

2 x 60 minute coaching sessions - in our live coaching calls we will discuss the step and how you can apply your learnings to your life. We will also discuss any challenges you are facing and ways to move forward.

Our live coaching calls will take place over Zoom. I do offer in-person sessions depending on your location.
​

For each step you will also receive a Resource Pack full of life-changing material for you to explore in your own time
​

And so for the full programme you will receive 8 x pre-recorded video classes, 16 live coaching 1:1 calls and 8 x resource packs.
